Polyoxymethylene
(POM, acetal resin) |

Polyacetal
is widely used in many applications, due to its
excellent characteristics compared to other general
engineering plastics.
KEPITALa is a trade name of polyacetal made by KEP and a technologically
advanced material, which works for the better life of mankind.
KEP has been developed lots of grades to meet the customer needs and it
will be continue.
To meet new customer requirements, KEP has recently developed various products
that give a flame resistance(EF-25), laser marking property(LX-20 & LX-30),
chlorine resistance(CR-20 & CR-30) and metal plating property.

is widely used in automotive
and electrical-electronics
industry, due to its
unique characteristics
compared to other general
engineering plastics.
KEPAMID¢ç is a trade name of Nylon 6 and Nylon 66 which has a high performance
and function. Especially, KEP has been endeavoring to improve its characteristics
and meet the customer satisfaction.
It mainly has been used in automotive industry which needs a high rigidity
and heat resistance. The main applications of KEPAMID¢ç are TGS bracket,
ash tray, engine cover, wheel cover, door handle, radiator fan/shroud,
canister, alternator cover etc..

PBT(Polybutyleneterephthalate) |

PBT
is
widely
used
in
electrical-electronics
industry
with
good
resistance,
electric
properties.
KEPEX¢ç
is
a trade
name
of
PBT
made
by
KEP.
KEPEX¢ç has been used in electric-electronics parts needed flame resistance,
electric properties. Its main applications are connector, FBT bobbin, switch,
gear bobbin, focus pack, etc.

Nanocomposite |

Nanocomposites
are
polymer
materials
uniformly
dispersed
the
layer
structure
of
nanometer
size
(10-9m).
Even
though
nanocomposites
are
reinforced
with
a
small
quantity
of
materials
having
a
layered
structure,
the
nanocomposites
show
the
improvement
of
mechanical
strength
and
excellent
air-barrier
property
due
to
the
dispersing
of
the
layer
structure
of
nanometer
size
and
the
interaction
of
molecular
level.
