One
of the most important activity for KEP is that meets the
quality requirements of our customers, both locally and globally.
Our quality management system has been certified to ISO 9000
standards since the early 1990s. Important certifications
include ISO 9001:2000,
ISO/TS 16949:2002,
ISO 14001,
ISO/IEC 17025 and
K-OHSMS 18000.
We built on this foundation integrated management system including risk
management system. The ISO/TS
16949:2002 covers not only the automotive regulations in
Europe of VDA 6.1, EAQF and QVSQ but also the requirements
of QS-9000 in North America and supercedes all of these.
KEP received the certification for ISO/TS 16949:2002 in 2003.

of products and facilities covered by all of the standards.

We,
KEP, understand the importance to our products
customers of regulatory approval and compliance.
Many of our products grades comply with a wide
variety of regulations and standards in both
Europe and North America. These include requirements
for food, drug and potable water contact, automotive
and electrical uses, heavy metals content and
other criteria. For specific compliance information
